Still in Florida

We made the move to my Cousin's house over the weekend.  It was crazy.  With work demands and our tight schedule for moving the two clashed for me on Saturday and I'm lucky that I am part of such a great team of professionals that some of them were able to give me the break in the day that I needed to get moved.

It's really quiet here, and aside from intermittent web connectivity issues we've been having a decent time despite the craziness.  I took some time to play cards with Cousin Luke's son last night and it was nice to forget about work, viruses, and crazy people for a while and just live life.

I've stopped watching any news except for 30 minutes in the morning and night just to check on the status of places where family is and try to plan to resume the next leg of our journey.  We'll see how it all shakes out.

In the meantime, it doesn't pay to sit and worry.  Keep busy and make time to just enjoy life.

Me riding my Grandpa's old John Deer that now belongs to my Cousin.  What a trip and a bunch of memories!

Sunday Brunch isn't a thing right now, but I still had my Sunday Bloody Mary!
