Won't miss Michigan, but I'll miss the people.
We're into our last week in Michigan now that we've arranged for grocery help from family and friends to assist Karen's Mom. We had a surprisingly sunny and pleasant day yesterday, but that did little to relieve the sinus/allergy issues that I've had since we left AZ.
I've got mixed feelings about returning to Ohio because it means that our first AZ winter adventure is coming to an end, but our plans for this summer and fall are still developing. We'll definitely be back in Michigan for a week or two, but we'd also like to return to Harpers Ferry, maybe a trip into NY state. Who knows for sure with all that is going on around us.
I'll have to post updated pictures of the house when we get back so you can see how all of the reconstruction worked out.
I'll update again soon.

It was wonderful and we look forward to being back in AZ Nov 1st. We loved our time in California, but we'll make sure to have a LARGE secondary tank for the truck before we make another trip out there. Fuel was the largest cost for that part of the trip even though we ate out often with the kids when they visited.
DeleteWe loved spending out time with everyone, and that made it TOTALLY worth it!
